Costa Rica Yellow Honey
This superb coffee comes from Genesis, one of the first micro mills in Costa Rica. During the yellow honey process, the skin of the coffee cherry is removed but the sticky, sugary layer beneath the skin is left on the seed to dry. The beans are then turned hourly on the bed, allowing them to dry more quickly and evenly, and infusing them with unique flavors and aromas.
