  • This superb limited reserve is well-rounded and full-bodied with a medium sweetness level.

Unique to Indonesia, wet hulling is a rustic method that was invented as a way of drying the green bean more quickly in a rainy, wet environment. Wet hulled coffee has low acidity and earthy flavor notes.

This coffee is grown and processed by a small cooperative organized by farmers in the town of Bajawa.
