  • We went back for a 2nd year and a 2nd crop, and somehow the family at La Flor del Zapote have outdone themselves and improved upon an already fantastic coffee. The signature notes of their terroir resonate in this coffee with lavender, custard, and strawberry flavors.

    Farmer Rony Lavan and his family have been making a name for their coffee grown in northern Peru, as buyers from America, Europe, and Asia have been discovering the quality that's hidden on the peaks of the Andes.

  • FULL CITY ROAST

    A coffee this complex leaves us a lot of room to play, which is always fun! We loved the roast from very light to almost dark. We found the right blend of flavor and acidity coming in at just above a medium roast, where the hearty chocolate characteristics mix well with the delicate custard and fruit notes.
