  • Full City Roast

    A coffee this complex leaves us a lot of room to play, which is always fun! We loved the roast from very light to almost dark. We found the right blend of flavor and acidity to roast notes just above a medium roast, where the hearty chocolate characteristics mix well with the delicate custard and fruit notes.
