  • Crafted in honor of 250 years of American independence, The Union Blend brings together two remarkable coffees whose distinct character creates something deeper, much like the many voices and histories that shape a nation. From the highlands of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, comes a vibrant heirloom coffee grown at elevations between 1,950 and 2,200 meters, where cool mountain air slows the ripening of the cherries and develops extraordinary sweetness and complexity. The result is a clean, elegant cup with layered sweetness and a bold, expressive character that reflects generations of traditional organic farming and stewardship of the land.

Balancing it is a deeply grounding coffee from East Timor, produced by the Cooperativa Café Timor, whose farmers cultivate their coffee with an enduring commitment to sustainability, biodiversity, and community care. Grown on steep mountainsides using organic methods and erosion-conscious farming practices, this coffee delivers a smooth, heavy-bodied foundation with soft acidity and subtle woody spice notes.

Together, these origins create a blend that is rich, balanced, and quietly powerful, a tribute to resilience, unity, and the idea that distinct strengths can come together to create something enduring. Featuring notes of: dark chocolate, hazelnut, black cherry
