  • A limited release micro lot grown in the highlands of Chiapas. Finca Santa Rosa benefits from rich volcanic soils, cool mountain temperatures, and generations of coffee-growing expertise. In 1968 Arturo Lievano Moreno named the farm after his mother, Rosa, and it is now run by his son, Arturo Jr.

  • Organically grown and carefully processed, this lot delivers a chocolatey smooth sweetness, balanced by a gentle citrus lift. Smooth, clean, and easy to enjoy, it's a classic example of why Chiapas remains one of Mexico's most respected coffee-growing regions.

  • Featuring notes of: orange, pomegranate and wildflower honey
