Originally known as Indigo, Nightshade is our darkest roast, and it's 100% Organic. We wanted a seriously strong coffee that could satisfy the heartiest palate. A blend of Colombian varietal coffees, we roast them separately to create the right balance of smoky flavors and a full body.

Dark Roast
This roast makes us uncomfortable. Seriously. We roast it right to the absolute edge of an Italian Dark Roast and then slam on the brakes. We couple that with another roast of the same origin, slightly lighter in profile, to provide a strong body underneath the smoky flavors.
